1.  Request Application Form from the College of Theology Office

2.  Fulfill and submit all requirements stated in the COT Application Form for       Enrollment

3.  The Admission, Retention and Evaluation Committee will take action on the        Applicant’s admission and recommend it to the Dean for final approval.

4.  The Dean through the above Committee Chair will notify the applicant about the action on the application.
