Program Description 

                The Master of Theology (M.Theol) B, a Non-CHED program is designed for students who wish to improve or deepen their preparation for the ministry beyond the M.Div. course or its equivalent, or who desire to specialize in certain area of theological studies. 

                 M.Theol B is offered as a parallel course with M.Theol A program. It is earned in 1.5 years of study with a total number of 30 units including thesis.

                M.Theol B is also offered in collaboration with the South East Asia Graduate School of Theology (Philippine Area). There are five participating schools in the Philippines under the SEAGST program which constitute the academic core. They are the Adventist International Institute of Advanced Studies in Cavite, the College of Theology of Central Philippine University, the Divinity School, Silliman University in Dumaguete, St. Andrews Theological Seminary in Manila and Union Theological Seminary in Cavite. 

                A student who is enrolled in the SEAGST program receives his/her degree from the SEAGST. This collaborative effort among the above-mentioned Protestant theological schools in the Philippines has been going on since the 70’s.

Entrance Requirements

                Applicants for this program must have an MDiv degree or its equivalent. Their MDiv degree or its equivalent may not necessarily be CHED recognized.                 Applicants must have at least two years of pastoral experience.
